Interschool Carnival

On Tuesday 24 June we welcomed students from Moerlina School and Pioneer Village Primary School back to Blue Gum for our Interschool Sports Carnival! Students from Year 1 to Year 6 made their way over to Meller Park to take part in a soccer tournament, and Upper Primary students travelled to the Lakeside Recreation Centre to utilise their full-sized courts for some games of basketball.

Meanwhile, Pre-primary students took part in games of Red Light – Green Light and developed their AFL skills.

We’d like to say a massive thank you to our wonderful sports teachers, Tara and Melanie, without whom this day would not have been possible.

We’d also like to thank SEDA, all of the teacher and parent helpers on the day, and of course, say congratulations to the students for giving 100% in each of the activities.
