Book Week

We’ve come to the end of Book Week 2025, and what a week it was! Students had the chance to purchase
their favourite novels at our Scholastic Book Fair. With popular titles flying off the shelves, we are pleased to
announce that we have a new sales record. $5230.97 was raised, which equates to $1570 in Scholastic
vouchers for the school library.

A small group of Upper Primary students travelled to Methodist Ladies College on Tuesday 26 August for the
annual Reader’s Cup Challenge. These two teams of students read an impressive 12 books each in
preparation to for the event. Well done to our participating students.

Book Week celebrations also included our annual Book Week Parade, held on Tuesday 19 August, where

students delighted in the opportunity to dress up as their favourite book characters. The children were so
proud to show off their outfits to their friends and especially loved seeing the teachers in their costumes too!
